I had the BEST Mother's Day this year thanks to Mitch.
In the morning he woke up and made us German pancakes. Made dinner and got cheesecake the night before for dessert. The biggest thing he did for me was taking over Nursery. He was in charge of getting the men in the ward to take the women's callings so they could go to Sunday School and Relief Society. He was also in charge of the chocolate gifts for the women in the ward. He put so much work into it and things went really well. He took over Nursery for me and after church gave me a big hug and said "You don't get enough credit for what you do." That was the best gift he could have given me!! He also got me the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack which I'm totally in love with. It's all Avery wants to listen to in the car. "I was something sweet something kind." Or "Guest guest guest!"
I love being a mom and although things are difficult at times, I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love my family!
