We had a wonderful 4th of July!
We had a ward breakfast in the morning.
Relaxed in the afternoon.
Then ventured into DC to watch the fireworks!
We sat in the perfect spot, right in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
They shot the fireworks off over the reflection pool right in front of us!
Riding the metro wasn't even that bad because we moved fast and were able to beat a lot of people as we left.
We just kept saying how crazy it is that we live here and we weren't there on vacation!
