I must first apologize to everyone, there are no pictures to share. So I'll just simply explain what we did. Since I got back from the Bahamas the day before, I knew I'd have a bunch to catch up on. We decided to not celebrate Valentine's Day until this weekend. On the actual Valentine's Day he did give me some chocolate caramels from the little candy shop he does accounting for. Mmmm they're so good!
First we went to the Carl Bloch exhibit in the Museum of Art. The church uses a lot of his pieces of art. It was really nice to go and look at all of the paintings and be able to discuss them with Mitch. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was a great experience! I highly recommend going if you haven't done so yet. Then we went to dinner at PF Chang's, probably one of our favorite places to go. We figured out we've been there the most out of anywhere we've gone. Not that we eat out all that often. We decided to splurge (I mean it was Valentine's Day! ... and we had gift cards :) and we got the dinner for two. That includes soup, appetizer, entrees, and mini desserts. We were so full!! But it all tasted SO good!! We did a little shopping around while we waited too because it was extremely busy. Then we came back to my apartment and Mitch was sweet enough to watch a chick flick with me!
Mitch is the best! I love him so much! I can't even describe to everyone how happy we are with each other. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to celebrate our love for each other and reflect on our many blessings.
