In my opinion, we've had a pleasantly mild winter this year. And now we're getting more warm weather than cold weather. Yes, there is the occasional snow fall, but that happens every year. Plus, it melts by the end of the day.
This year we decided to go to the Festival of Colors on one of the first warm days. We went with a group of friends and had a lot of fun. I had never been before, and since we're leaving, we decided I should do it at least once. Once is enough, but we had fun!
