Day 1 - Utah to Nebraska

We left Provo on August 8th and that morning was totally insane!! It started out with us getting up early to load all of our boxes into someones car. Mind you, we had never met this guy before. But don't worry, we're not totally crazy. He was a guy in Jared's ward that owns a UPS in Pleasant Grove. Long story short, we had to ship everything that didn't fit in our car, and he gave us a nice deal and also picked it all up at our apartment! We were so blessed and grateful!! It was such a pain packing everything so we could ship it, but it ended up being much cheaper than any other option we had.

After we got all of the boxes sent away, Mitch finished packing our car completely full and did an amazing job! Dad would be proud. While Mitch was packing I finished cleaning the apartment and got everything out!! The night before we cleaned a ton and had help from some friends. Courtney and Addam helped us a lot and we really appreciated it! (Love you and miss you Court!!)

We finally got on the road around lunch time so we decided to make two last stops while we were still in Provo. Jamba Juice and J-dawgs! So good!
(Notice how packed the car actually is!) After that we started the long drive ahead of us.
 First, we entered Wyoming
and before we left we saw this...
 Abraham Lincoln's head of course!!
 and, yeah, its huge.
 Then, we entered Nebraska
On the first day we saw a whole lot of ... nothing (unless you count semis)
Though, Mitch did take an artsy picture of the sunset!
