The day after we arrived in McLean was our one year anniversary!
We decided to celebrate in DC!!!
It felt like a vacation being around all the monuments. It was so weird thinking we live here now!
We walked around and saw the white house and a few monuments. Then we decided to have dinner.
As we were walking to one place we saw another that looked better so we went for it! We ate at the Old Ebbitt Grill and our meals were delicious! We were very pleased with our choice.
Then we went to the National Mall and looked at the monuments as the sun set. It was so nice being able to sit and relax with Mitch. I love him so much and am so grateful for all he does for us.
We had a wonderful first year and look forward to an eternity more!
